Be a part of Engage Memorial 2015!

We're planning an enlightening series of workshops & learning events about public engagement at (and with) Memorial and we want you to be a part of it.

Engage Memorial 2015 is a lineup of events to build capacity for public engagement within Memorial University and between Memorial and our external collaborators. The pilot of this series is planned to run from February through June 2015.

We welcome expressions of interest from departments, units and groups at Memorial who wish to lead an Engage Memorial event. The type or scope of the event is up to you, as long as it reflects the definition and values of Public Engagement as outlined in Memorial's Public Engagement Framework and helps to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities of its participants in relation to public engagement.

We'll provide some financial assistance to help you run your event, as well as communications and other supports.
