Application process

To apply for a Postdoctoral position at Memorial University, you should first determine if you are eligible.

  • For posted postions, review the postings page first. You'll need to submit the following documents. These should be sent to the address noted on the posting and by the appropriate deadline. Decisions will be made only after the closing date.
    • Cover Letter
    • Most recent C.V./resume
    • Any other requested information, e.g. letters of reference (if applicable)
  • For other potential opportunities, most Postdoctoral appointments are not formally posted, but initiated through an informal process involving a discussion between a Memorial University faculty member and a potential candidate. In cases where there are no relevant job postings, you can contact faculty members directly to discuss opportunities.
