Individual registration via this method requires that you:
1) submit an on-line registration using the link below AND
2) contact Paula Hennessey at Conference Services with a Purchase Order or cheque number (when available).
For organizations sending multiple delegates, each individual has to:
1) submit an on-line registration and once again, someone in that organization needs to contact Paula with the Purchase Order or cheque number (when available) AND the associated list of attendees for tracking purposes.
