Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received no later than five business days prior to the course.
Registrants cancelling after this period or failing to attend a course will be liable for the
complete registration fee. Late cancellation fees are non-transferrable to other training.
Substitute registrants are, however, accepted up to one business day prior to the course.
These terms are also applicable if you register within five business days of a seminar.
Cancellation Policy for the Masters Certificate in Project Management Program (MCPM) and the
Advanced Leadership Program (ALP)
A full refund will be issued for written cancellations received a minimum of 21 days before
the program start date. Written cancellations received after this date will incur an
administration charge of $800 +HST. Non-attendance or withdrawal after program start date
will incur a full program fee. If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer to
the next session or your organization may name a replacement candidate.
Cancellation Policy for the Mastering Business Essentials Program (MBE) and the Advanced
Administrative Professionals Program (AAPP)
A full refund will be issued for cancellations received a minimum of 21 days before the
program start date. Cancellations received after this date will incur an administration
charge of $400 +HST. Non-attendance or withdrawal after program start date will incur a full
program fee. If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer to the next session or
your organization may name a replacement candidate.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected under the authority of sub-section 32(c) of the Access
to Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The information is needed to administer your
participation in Gardiner Centre programs and also to communicate with you about your program
and future activities of the Gardiner Centre. If you have registered for the Masters
Certificate in Project Management, the information collected with be shared with the Masters
Certificate in Project Management's National Program Director, Schulich Executive Education
Centre, York University to facilitate the administration of this program. Your information
will be maintained with confidentiality and will not be disclosed except as authorized by
law. Please note, if this training is begin facilitated by your employer, Gardiner Centre
will provide to your employer, upon request, the name of the seminar and/or program,
description of the training, date(s) of traingin, cost of training, and confirmation fo
