Leadership Essentials identifies the traits and abilities that are required for outstanding leadership and spotlights how you can enhance your skills in this area.  This course will not only improve your leadership proficiency, it will provide you with the tools to inspire and motivate others to perform at their best and achieve your organizational goals in the process.

Georgina White

Georgina is a skilled, experienced facilitator who believes both learning and leadership is an active ongoing process. Georgina White is the Chair, Certificate in Leadership Program at the Marine Institute of Memorial University. She has completed the Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Education (Post-Secondary), the Master of Environmental Science and Master of Education (Post-Secondary) through Memorial University. Since 2001, she has also been a proud Reserve member of the Canadian Armed Forces, being certified in Situational Leadership, Conflict Management, and the National Coaching Certification Program. Georgina has received Commanding Officer commendation and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for her leadership and dedication her community.  She has developed and facilitated more than twenty leadership and facilitator workshops. She believes education and professional development is a lifetime endeavor and welcomes opportunities for personal growth.
