With over a decade of leadership experience across operational, technical, and strategic roles, Laura Turner combines continuous improvement expertise with an adaptable approach, ensuring businesses remain agile and aligned with their evolving strategic goals. She has worked with companies in several industries including technology, government, oil and gas, and telecommunications in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and serves on multiple non-profit Boards.
Laura completed her MBA and IBBA (Bachelor of International Business) degrees with Memorial University in St. John’s, NL, and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Her experience includes leading cross-functional teams and projects, implementing organizational efficiencies, and empowering teams and individuals to thrive and achieve their full potential.
