Shuttle Bus

Memorial University offers Shuttle Bus Services between Memorial's St. John's campus, the Ocean Sciences Centre, the Marine Institute, and the Signal Hill Campus.

Fall 2021 Schedule

The fall 2021 (September 9, 2021- January 3, 2021) schedule can be found here.

As of September 7, 2021, passengers are no longer required to register 24 hours in advance. Bus occupancy will return to full capacity (22 persons).  Masks are mandatory while on the bus.

COVID-19 Protocols:

For the safety of our employees and passengers, we kindly ask all passengers to complete a daily self-assessment found on the MUN Safe App before entering the bus, which provides you a QR code when complete. All passengers must show their QR code to the shuttle bus driver before entering the bus. If the QR code is red, you will be denied access to bus. This is a reminder that masks and vaccines are also mandatory on the shuttle bus and at all university facilities unless you have an approved exemption

Please note that COVID-19 protocols for the shuttle bus may change at any point as the university continues to follow public health guidelines.

We also recommend that everyone continue to use the following infection prevention measures:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are ill.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then immediately throw the tissue in the garbage and wash your hands.
  • If you do not have a tissue, sneeze or cough into your sleeve or arm.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • When possible, consider social distancing (ideally 2 metres apart).
  • To protect yourself and others, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell to refrain from travelling with us, so that together we can ensure a safe and comfortable environment on board.
