HPLC-UV/VIS-MS (TOF): Agilent 1260 Infinity LC-6230 TOF LC/MS

  • HPLC-UV
    • Quaternary pump with a flow range from 0.05 to 5 mL/min against up to 600 bar
    • Auto sampler that holds 100 samples, with injection volume of 1-100 µL
    • Thermostatted column compartment
    • 1260 DAD (Diode Array Detector) with wavelength range from 190nm to 640nm
    • Reverse and normal phase chromatography possible
    • Reverse phase HPLC columns available for use

  • MS with orthogonal TOF analyzer
    • ESI (Electrospray) for large polar compounds. Mass correction available.
    • APPI (Atmospheric Pressure Photoionization) for medium molecular weight, nonpolar compounds, that are not amenable by ESI.
    • Mass range:
      • High resolution and extended dynamic range 50 - 3,200 m/z
      • Extended mass range: 100 - 20,000 m/z
      • Resolution: 6,000 at 118 m/z and 15,000 at 2721 m/z
      • Mass accuracy: 1-10 ppm

UHPLC-UV/VIS-MS/MS (qTOF): Agilent 1290 UHPLC – UV/VIS – Sciex 5600 TripleTOF

    • Binary pump with a flow range from 0.05 to 5 mL/min against up to 1200bar
    • Auto sampler with 108 x 2 mL vials and vial plus 10 additional 2 mL vials; injection volume from 0.1 – 120 μL in 0.1 μL increments
    • Thermostatted multicolumn compartment (20 °C - 110 °C)
    • 1290 DAD (Diode Array Detector) with wavelength range from 190 nm to 640 nm
    • UHPLC-UV can be used independently on a separate station with OpenLab software
