On the day of convocation
Family and guests should arrive with the graduating student. Guest tickets are provided to the graduate to distribute at rehearsal or an hour prior to the ceremony. Seating for guests is on a first come, first served basis and doors to the theatre will open one hour prior to the ceremony.
Each ceremony is about 90 minutes.
Parking at the Civic Centre
Parking at the Civic Centre is not limited, however there may be other activities happening at the Civic Centre that day. Parking for graduates, family and guests is free and we recommend that you park in the back of the Civic Centre and make your way to the front doors. It is recommended that you arrive at least one hour prior to the start of the ceremonies to secure parking. Carpooling and taxis are recommended.

The bookstore will have a booth at the Civic Centre, available will be an assortment of memorabilia for this special occasion. Apparel and other items can also be purchased online or call (709) 864-8084 to place orders for rings.
Fresh flowers are also available for purchase on site.
