Affinity NL Ottawa 2018

Affinity NL Ottawa Dinner

Date
Thursday, Nov 15, 2018 6:00PM - 10:00PM
Location
Canadian Museum of History, 200 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QC
Description

Join us for an inspiring evening as we celebrate Memorial University alumni and friends in the heart of the country's Capital region.

The evening's keynote speaker, Dr. Andrew Furey, is a Memorial alumnus, orthopaedic surgeon, community leader, educator and the founder of Team Broken Earth, a national medical aid charity that began in St. John's and has since grown around the world. Earlier this year Dr. Furey joined forces with fellow Memorial alumni Alan Doyle and Brendan Paddick to support front-line mental health and addictions programs initiatives with the A Dollar A Day Foundation.

The Affinity NL Ottawa celebration brings together hundreds of alumni, industry leaders, government officials, students and friends of Memorial for an unforgettable evening of fun, stories and networking.

There will be plenty of food, stories, drink and reasons to celebrate our university and province - while raising money for student scholarships at Memorial.
