Statement of Coaching
I view coaching as a generative, explorative process with accountability for achieving results. You will experience coaching as a series of confidential, focused conversations based on an agenda that is set by you. As your coach, I will commit to your success in helping you achieve your goals.
As manager, organization development, I have a leadership role in learning and development. The coaching process is especially meaningful to me because at its essence coaching is a customized learning experience.
What I can do as a coach
As your coach, I can provide you with an opportunity to accelerate your growth and development within a supportive, confidential relationship. I can serve as your learning and accountability partner.
Credentials and accomplishments
I am a March 2008 graduate of the Masters Certificate in Executive Coaching offered by Royal Roads University, and a member of the International Coach Federation. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University and a Master of Science in Business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. I am an accredited facilitator with Insights Discovery and Insights Discovery Full Circle - a multisource feedback assessment.

How I coach clients
I will leverage my strong strategic thinking skills to support you in exploring possibilities for action and change. We are all part of organizational and life systems that affect our behaviour. I will assist you in discovering how you can be more effective within the systems you participate in. I am adept at using metaphor and language as a way of facilitating the process of personal change.
Personal information
I am an avid reader of a wide selection of literature. I enjoy horseback riding with my daughter. My son and I regularly attend Sea-Hawk's basketball games. Joy and I often can be found enjoying the rich arts and culture scenes of Newfoundland and Labrador. I invest in personal wellness to ensure that I have the energy to give to the important people in my life.
