The comprehensive program focuses on familiarizing new employees with the university structure and governance, policy awareness, benefits and pensions details, learning and development opportunities, advisory services support and so much more.
In addition to the face-to-face orientation, which will be scheduled shortly after employees begin working with Memorial, the updated program offers a certificate program delivered through Desire2Learn and ElluminateLive.
