Division of Student Affairs and Services, the department of Housing, Food and Conference Services provides housing options for students, manages food services on campus, operates conference management services and related activities.

 



Interested in an enhanced learning experience? The Living Learning Community may be for you! A Living Learning Community (LLC) is a community in residence where students share a common theme or academic interest and is designed to provide an enhanced environment for academic success. Typically, you would live on the same floor or wing in residence, share some common courses and be provided with intensive programming and support from a variety of relevant areas within the institution. On-Campus accommodations are provided in our 15 residence buildings, including our traditional residence halls in Paton College, our apartment style “Courts” in Burton’s Pond, and our family housing unit- Baltimore Court.

Our Off-Campus Housing Office works with local landlords and students seeking accommodations off campus.

The Housing department also includes the Residence Life Office and Housing Work Control.


Food Services at Memorial are provided by Chartwells Educational Dining Services and include our Main Dining Hall, Engineering Café, and various satellite operations in the Arts & Admin., Science, Chemistry, and Education buildings.



Our Conference Services include expertise in conference organization, event management and on-line registration processing for conferences on and off campus. Non-academic facility bookings, casual summer accommodations in University residences/apartments and liquor services are also managed by Conference Services.
