The Linguistic University of Nizhny Novgorod (LUNN) was founded as a foreign language institute in 1937. Since 2002, LUNN has been ranked among the top five Colleges of Education by the Russian Department of Education. In 2006, Memorial University conducted its first Summer Russian Program at LUNN with great success.
