Welcome to the German Tutorials. These tutorials can be accessed from any computer with Internet connection, so you can hear and practise German outside of class and lab hours. Just choose your chapter. Then, to practise conversation, click on "Konversation" below. To find out what you should know about Germany and other German-speaking countries, click on "Kulturelles". The "Links" are for your additional viewing pleasure.
The Tutorials are read by Germans in Newfoundland or Newfoundlanders who have been to Germany. You will be amazed at how much interaction there is between the two! To find out about these interesting people, click on their audio introductions. You will enjoy hearing all the different accents. And since they are speaking at normal speed, you may want to follow along with the text.
