Combining Departments

The Department of French and Spanish and the Department of German and Russian are preparing to combine into a single administrative unit to be known as the Department of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures. No changes to programing are planned - French, German, Russian and Spanish programs and courses all continue as before. The proposal to combine is pending final approval by Senate and the Board of Regents, anticipated in July 2016. Any students with questions about this administrative change should contact french@mun.ca.
