Letter of Appraisal: Applicants should send a link to the letter of appraisal form in an email to their referee and include in the email their full name, date of birth, Memorial student number (if known). All letters must be submitted directly to SGS by the referee. Letter of appraisal forms will only be considered when they are sent from an institutional email address for academic referees (e.g., jdoe@mun.ca).

In addition to the web application, some academic units require that additional forms be completed and submitted. This list will be updated periodically. Please note your full name (last, first) and Memorial student number or date of birth and submit by email to gradapply@mun.ca or mail to SGS.

If you writing sample exceeds 25 pages in length, please submit by email to gradapply@mun.ca.
