Book Discussions 

Three book discussion groups meet monthly. Two groups read mostly fiction,  one reads nonfiction.   Meetings are held on Tuesday afternoon at the Marjorie Mews Library. Everyone welcome.   Click here for details. 

Coffee Mornings

Meetings are held on alternate Wednesday mornings for conversation and light refreshments. Meetings are held in the homes of members . Everyone welcome. Click here for details.

Informal meetings where participants share their knowledge of electronic gadgets such as digital cameras, cell phones, iPhones, iPads, Kindles, laptops, and their various applications such as Skype, e-mail, etc.   Meets on the  second and fourth Thursday afternoons of the month, usually at the A C Hunter Library.  People at all levels of e-experience are  welcome.   Click here for details

Hiking, etc. 

Hikes and walks for people at all levels of ability.   Monday afternoon walks are for the more adventurous, Saturday afternoon walks for those who prefer a more leisurely pace as well as those who would like a more strenous walk.  Coffee and conversation after the Saturday walks.  Everyone  welcome.  Dogs often come too.  Click here for details.

Music Interest

Informal gatherings to share experiences with music and to learn more about music in general.  Meetings are held monthly, usually on the third Thursday afternoon. Everybody welcome. Click here for details.     

Scrabble 

Members meet to play Scrabble  at the Starbucks coffee shop (the one in Chapters) every Wednesday morning. Everyone  is welcome to drop in and play a game.  Click here for details.
