To be eligible for admission, you need to successfully complete senior level high school courses in the following five subject areas:

• English
• Mathematics*
• A laboratory science*
• A modern language, classical language or social science
• One other subject area

You’ll also need an overall average of 70 percent (roughly equivalent to a strong B average) in the Grade 12/senior level courses relevant to your area of study.

*Students who are missing the mathematics course, laboratory science course or both should contact the Office of the Registrar’s (admissions@mun.ca). Where circumstances warrant, applicants not meeting the requirements for admission may be admitted with the approval of the University Committee on Admissions.
