Computer Reuse
There are several options for redistribution of computers and related equipment, if the equipment meets specific standards.
University Owned Equipment
Property of the university must be disposed of as described in the policy on surplus assets. For university owned computers, see the policy on data removal and the Declaration and Disposal of Surplus Property Form.
Privately Owned Equipment
For your own computer equipment, contact Computers for Schools.
If your computer does not meet the standards required by Computers for Schools, here are some other options for giving it away:

Computer Recycling
There is currently no program in place to recycle computers and related equipment.
