Conference: Change and Variation in Canada IIIDate: June 20-21, 2009
The purpose of the event was to bring together researchers working within a variationist framework on Canadian language varieties or at Canadian institutes. Highlights from the event include a presentation by Shana Poplack, and the presence of conference participants Gerard VanHerk, Paul DeDecker, Beck Childs, Sali Tagliamonte and Jack Chambers.
