The purpose of this event was to launch Memorial University’s Philosophy Journal, Codgito. It gave philosophy students one last chance for fellowship and discussion by giving a ceremony to the publication and rewarding experience for those involved in writing it. Highlights from the event include speeches given by the journal editor, the philosophy society president and the head of the philosophy department.
