Conference: Rural and Remote Medicine ConferenceThis was a conference providing workshops and information sessions on topics relating to the practice of rural and remote medicine. The goal was to give both physicians and students an educational experience and as well to give rural physicians and students interested in rural medicine a chance to meet their colleagues from across the country. The conference featured great hands-on workshops in clinical skills such as accessing veins and arteries, using ultrasound for guidance, casting and joint injection.
