Guidelines

These criteria will be used to evaluate proposals: innovation, empowerment and student involvement. The proposals that best meet these criteria will receive funding.

Criteria

Programs that are innovative may be:

New programs
An innovative delivery of an existing program/service
An expanded or enriched program
An initiative that will enrich students’ experience

Programs which encourage empowerment may be:

Informational and educational initiatives related to student issues
Training programs which develop leadership capabilities or student awareness

Programs which foster student involvement may be:

Programs which broaden student participation in the student life of the campus
Programs which integrate academic areas with social and community activities
Programs which mentor younger students through shared activities with more experienced students
