AUGC is a unique geological conference. Each year, one of six Atlantic universities hosts the conference, which provides a forum for undergraduate students from Atlantic Canada to come together in both an academic and social environment. The conference also includes geologic field trips, an industry-student luncheon, and opportunities for visiting and presenting students alike to network with both industry, and academic representatives, as well as colleagues from other universities.
