Service Requests

  • Student Affairs Issue Tracker - if computing related assistance is required, staff of Student Affairs and Services may submit an electronic request to resolve the issue.
  • STUAFF Network Access Request - if you are a new employee of Student Affairs and Services and need a STUAFF domain account, please complete the form above and fax it to the Computer Systems Group.
  • Staff Email Creation - if you are a new employee and need an @mun.ca email account, please complete an SLA - Schedule F1 form and fax it to the Computer Systems Group. Email account creation is handled by the department of Computing and Communications and may take a number of days to complete.
  • Wireless On-line Help Request Form - if your wireless problem is unable to be resolved by the Computer Systems Group in Hatcher House, you may submit an electronic trouble ticket to the department of Computing and Communications.
