- Every year, the School of Graduate Studies, Student Life, and the Graduate Students' Union host Graduate Orientation for all new graduate students at Memorial University (those students admitted to graduate programs for the current year, from Winter to Fall semesters). Graduate Orientation is designed to help graduate students in their unique transition to graduate school. Students can expect a Graduate Orientation Welcome Event, which will include; a keynote address from the Dean of Graduate Studies, information sessions, booth presentations, free food and giveaways! A variety of other events and information sessions are also being offered to graduate students during the first week of classes and throughout the month of September and October, as part of Graduate Orientation. - New students can participate in a campus tour, as part of the Orientation Welcome Event. Registration for the campus tour will take place at the Orientation Welcome Event. Students should also view the Campus Guide to help navigate your particular campus.
