Note: The following information is for Graduate Students completing a program via distance, or who are in an academic unit that offers GRIP in a semester other than Winter. All other students required to complete GRIP will do so in the annual Winter offering.

Biology:
GRIP is offered for Biology students in the Fall semester (register for GRAD 9991, CRN 47067). The final GRIP component, the Case-study Workshop, will be held as a part of BIOL 7000.

Employment Relations:
Graduate students in the Employment Relations program will complete GRIP in the Winter Semester (register for GRAD 9991-001, Course Reference Number 66423). The final component of GRIP, the Case-Study Workshop, will be held as a part of EMRE 6020.

Faculty of Education:
GRIP is offered every semester for Education students. In addition to registering for GRAD 9991, Education students are also required to register for GRAD 9995. Education students are encouraged to complete GRIP in the same semester that they register for ED 6100. The final component of GRIP, the Case-Study Workshop, will be held in conjunction with ED 6100. Students who are required to complete GRIP, and have already completed ED 6100 are invited to join with the ED 6100 students for the Education Case Study Workshop -- either online or on campus.

Human Kinetics and Recreation
MPE
students will complete GRIP in the Fall Semester. The final component of GRIP will be held as a part of HKR 6500. Students completing a M.Sc. (Kinesiology) will complete GRIP in the Winter Semester. The final component will be held as a part of HKR 6000.

School of Nursing:
Graduate students in the School of Nursing will complete GRIP in the annual Winter offering. As a Nursing student, you may register for either section of GRIP in the Winter Semester. The final GRIP component, the Case-Study Workshop, is held as a part of NURS 6100. Registering for the on-campus version of GRIP requires attendance at the Opening Plenary Session.

School of Social Work:
Master's students in the School of Social Work will complete GRIP in the Fall Semester. The final component of GRIP, the Case-Study Workshop, will be held as a part of SCWK 6412. In the Fall Semester students completing GRIP will register for GRAD 9991-001, Course Reference Number 47067.

Social Work doctoral students will complete GRIP in the Spring Semester in conjunction with SCWK 7421 or SCWK 7431. In the Spring Semester students completing GRIP will register for GRAD 9991-001, Course Reference Number 82683.

Women's Studies Program:
Graduate students in the Women's Studies program will complete GRIP in the Fall Semester. The final component of GRIP, the Case-Study Workshop, will be held as a part of WSTD 6100. In the Fall Semester students completing GRIP will register for GRAD 9991-001, Course Reference Number 47067.

All GRIP materials, with the possible exception of materials required for the academic unit administered Case-Study Workshop, will be available on your GRIP Desire2Learn (D2L) site.
