Course/Program Proposal Form
This is an electronic document whose purpose is to help units prepare a standard printed document for submission to Senate Committee on Undergraduate Studies and Senate. Originally, a form was proposed. However, in light of the widespread use of word processors to prepare such documents, a standard format, in the form of standard Word Perfect and Word documents, has been chosen instead.
Separate Word and Word Perfect versions are available below. Please make sure you have the correct format. Automatic translation from one to the other is not reliable and may result in the loss of crucial formatting information (e.g. pagination or running headers).
