Convocation program deadline
While applications will continue to be processed (as time and
resources permit) up to the week prior to Convocation, the names of
candidates who are approved after the program publication deadline
(generally eight working days prior to the first day of Convocation)
will not appear in the Convocation / Graduation Program booklet.
Instead, the candidate’s name will be reflected in an internal
program addendum.
