PROCEDURE FOR SERVICE RECOGNITION

  

10 or 15 years of service
For each employee who has completed 10 or 15 years of service, a certificate is prepared by the Department of Human Resources, signed by the Director of Human Resources and forwarded to the employee's unit head with a letter from the Director of Human Resources requesting that the certificate be presented to the employee on behalf of the University.


20, 25, 30, 35 40 or 45 years of service
For each employee who has completed 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or 45 years of service, the service is recognized with the presentation of a gift and certificate at an annual service awards ceremony.
