Procedure for Monitoring a Workplace Accommodation Plan
1. On a periodic basis, the Department of Human Resources or the Office of Faculty Relations will follow up with the employee being accommodated and the Academic or Non Academic Administrator to ensure the plan is meeting the needs of the individual and the unit.
2. Following these periodic reviews the accommodation plan may be adjusted if necessary.
3. The Academic or Non Academic Administrator shall consult with the Department of Human Resources or the Office of Faculty Relations prior to making any changes to the accommodation plan.
