The Dr. Co Pham and Family Award
The award has been established by a generous gift from Dr. Co Pham, a proud graduate of the School of Pharmacy's Class of 2000.
The Dr. Co Pham and Family Award aims to continue to contribute to the success of the School Pharmacy and the students that graduate from the program. At the heart of this award are the basic principles of a continued spirit of enriching the school, inspiring and recognizing outstanding pharmacy students, and promoting innovation, independent professional practice, and entrepreneurial spirit.
The notion of always innovating and maintaining the independence of professional practice; the drive to be entrepreneurial are so very important that they are truly the emphasis of this award.
The award is presented annually to a student in any year of the Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) program who exemplifies an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit in the pursuit of advancing the pharmacy profession, independent pharmacy practice or the School of Pharmacy. The student must also meet the minimum academic requirements for an award.
Application for this award requires a nomination directly from a student or faculty/staff. We encourage students to nominate themselves or a fellow student who is deserving of this award by completing the online nomination form: http://fluidsurveys.com/surveys/lisa-bishop/pharmacy-student-award-nominations-2013/.
