Claire White (Scotland)
Claire White is a Shetlander, born and bred. She learned the fiddle with Dr. Tom Anderson in Shetland from the age of seven, and played as a member of Shetland's Young Heritage in Europe, New Zealand and Canada. She has tutored at summer schools in Stirling, Cambridge and in the USA and currently performs regularly with concertina player Frances Wilkins and in popular Aberdeen-based ceilidh bands DANSE MCCABRE and JING BANG.
