Registration Procedures

Nathan Cook coaches a chamber group

Interested students should -

  • always feel free to contact Dr. Nathan Cook (x3024, nathanc@mun.ca) with questions.
  • discuss your plans with your studio instructor. They know your playing/singing well and can advise best regarding possible repertoire and perhaps even some appropriate student collaborators to approach.
  • talk to your fellow students about doing chamber music together. You may of course apply as an individual, but you are also welcome to organize your own group.
  • fill out and submit an application. The links below will take you to the appropriate forms. Forms are due by Monday, November 26, 2012.

Beginning in the fall of 2011, most groups will be formed by Dr. Cook in consultation with the School's applied faculty, so individual expressions of interest as opposed to applications by preformed groups will become the norm. Preferences for the make-up of ensembles will of course be taken into consideration when possible, and these preferences should be indicated on the application form.
