Policy Review
Step 13. Every policy will be reviewed annually at the anniversary of its implementation or earlier if inconsistencies or ambiguities are discovered. The Sponsor undertakes the review and reports the results of the review to the Policy Oversight Committee. If in the view of the Sponsor, the policy needs revision, the policy process begins again at Step 1 of the Concept Approval phase.
Step 14. Following its schedule, the Policy
Oversight Committee undertakes a major review of policies at least
once every five years.
