Culinary School for Teens

5 half days, July 27 - 31, 1 - 4 p.m.
In the course of preparing a different meal each day, you'll learn
about kitchen rules and responsibilities, knife safety, food
hygiene, table manners and common dining etiquette.
And you get to finish each day by eating everything you and your
fellow chefs-in-training have prepared!
The fee ($159) includes all your materials and the class size is
small (limit of 15 participants) guaranteeing you lots of
interaction with Chef MacPherson.
It's a unique opportunity to bring your cooking skills to the table, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and with a desire to see projects through to completion.
