Payroll Management Certificate Program
The Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) offers a comprehensive certification program, the Payroll Management Certificate Program (PMCP), that combines study of the CPA's three intensive payroll courses with general business and management skills courses which can be completed through recognized Canadian post-secondary institutions.
The PMCP comprises three levels - Payroll Administrator (PA), Payroll Supervisor (PS), and Payroll Manager (PM). Memorial University of Newfoundland offers degree credit and non-credit courses which can be applied towards PMCP levels as follows:
