Information and communications technology (INFO) courses may also be bundled to achieve a concentration of competencies in:
- Database Development and Administration,
- Programming, and
- Website Development and Management.
These concentrations are designed to be completed in one year
and can be pursued on a full- or part-time basis.
Upon request, and after completion of a concentration's proscribed courses, the Division of Lifelong Learning will issue a testamur of competency.
Testamurs of competency are an attractive option if
you are:
| • | interested in enhancing your academic studies with technical competencies, or |
| • | you're entering the job market and would like to include ICT skills in your résumé. |
Admission to INFO courses taken as requirements of one of the concentrations listed above, is open to all individuals eligible for admission to Memorial University.
To apply, please submit an application to undertake INFO studies (leading to a Testamur of Competency). See link below. The application must include official and final transcripts from any post-secondary institutions attended.
The completed form must be submitted to the Division of Lifelong Learning, on or before the deadlines noted below. Applications received after the deadline will processed as time and resources allow.
