Christmas camps for kids

It's that most wonderful time of the year!

   A great way for moms and dads to to finish their last-minute shopping without the worry of inquisitive eyes. And a great way for the kids to get into the spirit of Christmas in their own fun-filled way.
   Our camps are filled with Christmas-realted arts, crafts, games and learning activities..
   The kids will even be going online to experience Christmas in cyberspace, including a visit to Santa’s Village! 

Camps are available in half-day sections

     mornings (9 a.m. - noon)  $20
     afternoons (1 - 4 p.m.)  $20

     or

     full day (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)*  $29

* Lunch supervision is provided for the full-day option.

Frosty the Snowman
Saturday, Nov. 24
“He was made of snow but the children know how he came to life one day.”
Everything created during this camp is snow related.
• Make your own crystal snowflakes that will appear overnight.
• Let it snow inside your own snow globe.
• Make a snowball wreath…without getting cold!
• Build a snowman and create virtual snowflakes online.
• Turn your friends into a snowman in our Frosty game.

Winter Wonderland
Saturday, Dec. 1
Enjoy winter-inspired indoor games and projects:
• Sculpt snowmen from laundry soap.
• Make snow cones that will never melt.
• Take home magic reindeer food to guide them to your home.
• Play snow charades.
• Sing some Christmas karaoke to get into the spirit of the season.

All I Want for Christmas are My Two Front Teeth
Saturday, Dec. 8
“It seems so long since I could say, ‘Sister Susie sitting on a thistle.’ Gosh, oh gee, how happy I'd be if I could only whistle.”
This camp is all about candy!
• Bring your own photo for a peppermint picture frame.
• Decorate your own gingerbread figure.
• Fill Christmas crackers with candy to give to family and friends. 
• Make candy cane sun catchers for your window. 
• Take home your own candy countdown to Christmas.

Santa Claus is Coming to Town
Saturday, Dec. 15
“You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout, I'm telling you why.”
The Christmas preparation spirit is everywhere in this camp.
• Play the gift wrap challenge.
• Make pop-up tree cards for family and friends.
• Create all kinds of ornaments for your Christmas tree.
• Bring home a Grinch….stuck in the chimney.
• Write a letter to Santa and chat with an elf online.

All campers receive an honorary elf diploma.
