Classes cancelled by the Division...

The Division of Lifelong Learning reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment, lack of a suitable instructor or any other circumstance beyond the Division's reasonable control.

In the event of a cancellation, the Division will make every effort to notify registrants at least two calendar days (48 hours) prior to the cancelled course's published start date.

Registrants of cancelled classes may:

  • transfer the registration fee to another class in the same semester,
  • have the class fee credited towards a future registration, or
  • request a full refund.

Registrants who withdraw from a class...

1.) two or more business days prior to their class start date...
will receive a credit note valued at 90 per cent (90%) of their class fee.

2.) fewer than two business days prior to their class start date...
will receive a credit note valued at 50 per cent (50%) of their class fee.

3.) after their class has started...
will receive no credit.

Please note: Credit notes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
