Application Procedures
Students who have not been admitted to Memorial or who are no longer currently in term, who wish to register for certificate program courses, should submit to the Office of the Registrar, an Undergraduate Application for Admission/Re-admission.
The application form is available from the Division of Lifelong Learning as well as the Registrar’s Office at either the St. John’s or Corner Brook campus.
