Irene Tucker is a resident of Quirpon who is locally known for her crocheting skills. She is a productive craftsperson who makes intricate doilies and table runners by observing patterns. Her work is frequently sold to members of the community who then give the items as gifts. Irene discusses both her textile skills and the changes she has seen over time to the community of Quirpon.
