Liz CoadyA native Nova Scotian, she completed her BKin at UNB Fredericton, and is currently working toward her MSc Kin (Biomechanics and Ergonomics) at Memorial under the supervision of Dr. Scott MacKinnon.
Physiological responses to cold and moving environments, and anti-motion sickness drugs mediating effects on symptoms of motion sickness and attenuation of body temperature loss. Data collection will take place at the Marine Institute’s Centre for Marine Simulation.
Recreational runner, enjoying the outdoors, playing guitar and writing music, baking cookies and other treats for fellow grad students. Liz is also a Big Sister with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Eastern Newfoundland, a mentor involved with the Go Girls, healthy bodies, healthy minds program, building leadership and healthy lifestyle skills with 12-14 year old girls.
