Looking for funding related to to regional development and public policy in Newfoundland and Labrador?

Do you have a project that has the potential to influence regional policy making in Newfoundland and Labrador? Do you have a solution to a challenge in a community, region, industry, or sector?

If so, the Harris Centre invites you to apply for funding through the Applied Research Fund.

The objectives of the Applied Research Fund are to:

  1. Provide research evidence to inform policy making and/or to assist communities, industry and governments in their local decision-making;
  2. To increase faculty research in regional development and public policy and to incorporate community needs in research projects;
  3. To make a difference in the lives of the people of Newfoundland and Labrador.
The ARF provides up to $15,000 to investigate regional development and public policy in NL.
Please review the fund guide carefully: guidelines have been significantly amended since the last call for proposals!
