Each room in The Maltings has an ensuite washroom, equipped with shower, toilet, sink, and cabinetry.

There are no ensuites in Cabot House. There are shower and toilet facilities on each floor.

Daily rate applies to all persons staying four nights or less. For five - seven night the weekly rate will be charged.

Holiday

Properties can be rented out for holiday residents when not in use by faculty.

Deposits
Deposits are applicable to any resident (except MUN Faculty or other Faculty accompanying a programme with a group of students and the students themselves)
A 50% non-returnable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Terms and conditions

Rates are reviewed annually in line with inflation in March.
- Faculty members and programme organisers are asked to contact the campus before publishing costs to potential students to ensure that accurate prices are given out.
- Harlow Campus reserve the right at any time to increase costs for reasons which may be beyond their control.
