Out and About

Visual stories at Grenfell
Marble and Time: A Complete History of Civilization (Abbr.), 2011, oil
on canvas, by Scott Sawtell, is just one of the large-scale narrative paintings currently on display at the Grenfell Campus art gallery.
Indiscretions: Narrative Painting Now explores the advantages of
narrative painting and how this medium can be just as successful in storytelling as typical time-based media such as film and video. The exhibition runs until Saturday, Feb. 25.
