In Brief

Dare to be different

Do you or one of your colleagues have an interesting talent to share with others or a daring tale to tell?

The Capital Campaign Office is making preparations for a campus-wide celebration in November, and we'd like to showcase all that makes Memorial a unique community of “zaggers” (that is, those who venture off the beaten path).

The professional and personal contributions that faculty, staff, students and retirees make to the university are the fabric of Memorial's ongoing success story.

The Capital Campaign Office wants you to brag about your feat, and invite others to join you as you showcase your achievement, or inspire others through a courageous story.

Please e-mail dareto@mun.ca by Sept. 8 and tell us how you dare to be different. And stay tuned for further details about November's main event.

If you have questions, please call 737-7427 and ask for Donna Inkpen. As always, please keep in mind that classes are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Please book early to have the best choice of dates.
