Financial Reporting and Analysis

The Financial Reporting and Analysis section of Financial and Administrative Services is responsible for the financial reporting and integrity of information in the Banner Finance accounting system.

This section is responsible for:

  • Maintenance of the Chart of Accounts of Memorials accounting system includng all aspect of the "FOAPAL";
  • Coordination of reconciliations of the Chart of Accounts including completion of the bank reconciliation's for Memorial;
  • Maintenance of the Fixed Asset module of Banner Finance;
  • Coordination and preparation of the annual audited consolidated financial statements of the University and its Separately Incorporated Entities (SIE's);
  • Government financial reporting and Charity Reporting;
  • Providing assistance with departmental internal reporting requirements
  • Assistance with understanding and reading various financial reports;
  • Maintenance of the University's trust funds and endowments, including the investment pools.
