Campus Enforcement and Patrol administers and enforces the University Parking Regulations.
- Employee parking permit sales occur annually during April for the parking year May 01 - April 30. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, debit card or payroll deductions.
- Student parking permits sales for the academic year (September 1 to August 31) occur in September and may be made on an annual or semester basis.
- Additional sales are scheduled for the beginning of the winter and spring semesters.
Sales are handled through the Campus Enforcement and Patrol Office, FM-1018, phone 864-8561 or for HSC occupants at H2720 phone 777-7280. Permits can be purchased between 8 am - 3:30 pm (open through lunch) and 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (open through lunch), respectively.
Temporary permits are available from both offices.
After hours parking is available on meter and electronically-gated sites. Locations are available adjacent to most campus buildings.
It is the responsibility of persons organizing conferences, seminars, or inviting guest lectures to contact the Assistant Manager of Campus Enforcement & Patrol to make necessary parking arrangements. Generally, participants are provided user-pay parking at various meter and gated sites. For assistance, contact the Assistant Manager of CEP at 864-2046.
Departments, particularly those located off campus, which have requirements for personnel to visit other locations on campus, may apply for a special departmental permit. An application giving full details of the requirement should be submitted in writing by the Dean, Director or Department Head to the Assistant Manager of CEP, FM-1018.
